Junior lands minister and also the founding partner of the famous Kampala Associated Advocates (KAA) Dr. Sam Mayanja has confirmed that he was shocked by the materials which were used to build toilets at pastor Samuel Kakande’s new church building a long Mulago ku Biiri.
Mayanja narrated to this website that few days back, he was invited by Pastor Kakande who is his longtime friend to inspect his new church building.
He recounted that at first he was hesitant because some of his friends and relatives told him that Kakande has magic which will throw him to the ground and send him rolling on the church floor.
“I told them that I am also a pastor and I don’t fear magic. I drove there and I found the man of God waiting for me. He guided me on my tour of his church, but I admit I was shocked with materials used during the construction of his toilets,” Mayanja said.

He explained that the toilets are built in the same fashion as all the floors and he was satisfied that they can accommodate a huge number of people who pray from his church both from within the country and from outside the country from countries like Tanzania, South Sudan, Zambia, Kenya, South Africa, Burundi, Rwanda, Zimbabwe and others.
He advised businessmen and women dealing in building of commercial buildings to learn to put up enough toilets in their buildings because it is a necessity.
Kakande’s new church overlooks Mulago ku Biiri and has changes the entire area including businesses around the area.
Since people from other countries started flooding in to attend his dramatic church services and healing sessions, it is very difficult to get a lodging place in the area since they are always fully booked by Kakande’s sheep at a high rate.
Most restaurants in areas in and around Mulago, Kalerwe and Wandegeya increased the prices of their food and drinks because of the demand which resulted from Kakande’s foreign sheep
However, president Museveni recently warned Kakande that he is investigating whether the huge amount of money he used in the building of his magnificent church was not fraudulently collected from his desperate sheep.
