Controversial pastor Moses Solomon Male is being isolated after other family members agree to settle their fights with their very own kinsman lawyer Kassim Male Mabirizi.
Ono Bwino exclusively reported that after viral social media videos and images showing Mabirizi having a bitter exchange with his step mother Stellah Nalutaaya at their Natete home where Mabirizi and his assistants went to execute orders issued by Mengo Chief Magistrates Court allowing him to access his father’s multibillion estate, friends and relatives reached out to immediate family members and pleaded with them to solve their issues out of media.
This website has established that among the big people who pleaded that the fights be amicably solved was a female judge of the High Court who grew up with the children of the late Bagunduse Mutumba at Lubaga and has been their neighbour since their childhood.
Others are top businessmen and women in Kampala and abroad where other family members live.

They even reached out to Omutaka Augustine Kizito Mutumba the Kkobe clan head to intervene so that the matter is solved amicably to save the family’s public image.
At Nateete, Mabirizi nearly physically fougt with Nalutaaya who accused him of not being a biological son of her husband Mutumba.
Nalutaaya disclosed that Mabirizi was just helped by her late husband as a child who even educated him to became a lawyer.
In the exchange, Mabirizi advised Nalutaaya to stay in the property his father left her in and leave him to fight for his share.
Nalutaaya physically witnessed Mabirizi serving one of the tenants the letter giving her two months to vacate the house because he wants to start staying in it.
Mabirizi assured Nalutaaya that he only wants that particular house, and he will not get involved in managing other properties including the rental houses in Kamwokya, Lubaga and Nateete and other business their father left behind when he died of Covid-19 in 2021.
However, even though a number of family members accepted to cease fire and settle the matter amicably, pastor Male still insists that they should fight on and kick Mabirizi out of their father’s estate, insisting that he was just helped by their father, and he is not among his biological sons.
This website has established that pastor Male was advised to be careful on continuing on with the fight because he might face contempt of court charges since their lawyer slept on the job and allowed Mabirizi to secure a Court order to access his father’s estate.
They got to know about the order when the time for appeal against it had expired.
Mabirizi told this website that he knows other siblings of his are ready for mediation but the problem is pastor Male who has a personal vendetta against him.
He warned Pastor Male for thinking that when he kicks him out of the estate, his children will take his share.
But pastor Male told this website that Mabirizi is a thief who wants to use fraudulent means to grab their father’s estate and it is the reason why he wanted to subject them to a DNA test to embarrass them before the public that they are not children of their father at their old age.
