Immediately after security frustrated National Unity Platform (NUP) leadership from meeting with youths who are planning to participate in the coming national youth elections for the opposition leading political party at their party headquarters Makerere Kavule, their principal Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu (Bobi Wine) through traditional and social media assured them that the message they wanted to tell them will reach them successfully through channels they will communicate to them later.
Bobi Wine boasted that in their generation, with the vast technology advancements available, they cannot fail to reach their people around the country to furnish them with strategic information which they will use to defeat Museveni’s government whom he accused of being technologically backward together with people in his government.
Highly placed sources in security and intelligence revealed to this investigation website that they are on ground to establish the tool and method Bobi Wine is planning to use to reach his supporters without physical meetings or through social media.
However, Mukono Municipality legislator who is a seasoned opposition leader and Bobi Wine diehard revealed that they are working on a political strategic named ‘blue wave water’ which they plan to deploy in the fight against Museveni and other opposition legislators who have turned guns against the person of Bobi Wine and other party leaders like David Lewis Rubongoya the Secretary General.

This website has established that according to the blue wave strategy, which is already in the last stages of execution, NUP is set to deploy nine people in every village especially in Buganda to command the party’s mobilization team and make sure that they protect Bobi Wine and other party candidates’ victory at all cost.
The strategy is designed like Dr Kizza Besigye’s P-10 which was dismantled by former Inspector General of Police Gen Edward Kale Kayihura through his crime preventers unit which was established within the police command system.
According to sources, the grassroot mobilization team which is well facilitated with cars and motorcycles in every region that makes Uganda have a responsibility of collecting evidence which will be used by Bobi Wine if they win and he is not declared winner by Justice Simon Mugenyi Byabakama’s Independent Electoral Commission in the Supreme Court.
Sources explain that Bobi Wine’s 2021 presidential elections petition collapsed at the Supreme Court and he was forced to withdraw it because he did not have enough evidence to support his case as Dr Besigye did in the 2001 and2006 presidential elections petitions.
Bobi Wine, through the wide legal knowledge of Rubongoya and Benjamin Katana are building that base from the grassroot.
However, their plans have suffered a setback because of the ongoing arrests and detention of foot soldiers’ commanders especially in Buganda and Busoga who have been assigned to lead the commanding structure and communicate directly with commanders at the head office.
Sources further revealed that Bobi Wine has assigned his blue eyed boy Marvin Saasi to coordinate with international partners in the ongoing efforts to build a mobile app which will be used in counting to monitor and count their vote to avoid being misled by Justice Byabakama’s figures.
They where planning according to the source, to test the said technology in the recent Kawempe North by-election but there were technical problems and the testing was not done.
They are now trying to make sure that the technology works fine because they are very sure that Museveni is going to switch off the internet during the election period.
Muhammad Muwanga Kivumbi the Butambala county legislator and also the NUP national deputy president in charge of Buganda has confirmed to this website that he has started a political tour in Buganda on a strategic mission of shedding the entire Buganda region red.
“I started with Greater Mubende, I thank the NUP leadership in the districts of Kasanda, Mubende, Mityana and surroundings, now we are heading to Masaka and Gomba because we have to put everything in those areas in line,” Kivumbi said.
Kivumbi still stands on his order that legislators who have been clandestinely fighting the party leadership should apologize or otherwise they are going to be fought as enemies of change.
Among the legislators in NUP’s black book include; Mityana district woman legislator Joyce Bagala, Nyendo-Mukungwe’s Mathius Mpuuga, Kimanya Kabonera’s Dr Abed Bwanika and a number of others.
However, they have also assured him that they will not apologise because they have committed no crime against the party leadership.
