Ono Bwino can exclusively report that the newly appointed Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja, Aminah Mukalazi the state minister in charge Privatisation and Investment and other ministers spent sleepless nights and days at Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka’s shrines praying for blessings to secure President Museveni’s juicy jobs.

Nabbanja’s term renewal as the leader of government business in parliament shocked many after many thought that Museveni was going to deploy her at the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Secretariat and replace her with either Ruth Nakabirwa Ssentamu, Kiryowa Kiwanuka or Norbert Mao.

In one of her last meetings before her term was renewed, Nabbanja pleaded with Kampala business community leaders to pray and lobby for her so that she retains her job because she over achieved compared predecessors.

Sources close to Mukalazi who has been serving as Senior Presidential Advisor in charge of Local Content revealed that her good working relationship with Bisaka helped her a lot to catch the president’s eye.

“When she organized the thanks giving ceremony for the president after winning the 2026 presidential elections, Bisaka was the first to give her the blessings for a successful ceremony after learning that there were people within NRM who were fighting her. Bisaka was happy when she went back to appreciate for the miracles seen at the ceremony,” a source said.

Sources at Kagadi where the headquarters of Owobusobozi are situated revealed that Nabbanja has been secretly sneaking into Bisaka’s shrines for private prayers.

Sources divulged that of the many senior politicians from Bunyoro region who frequented Bisaka’s shrines, only Matia Kasaija missed out after Museveni dropped him as a senior finance minister.

Apart from physical prayers, sources said that Bisaka has been also praying for his people at night via phone calls.

Bisaka is a self-proclaimed god and the spiritual leader of the “Faith of Unity” (Obumu Ruhanga Owobusobozi).

Desteo Bisaka the father of the current Bisaka claimed that he heard a voice from God directing him to heal the sick and his son inherited a number of miracles he had been performing since 1980 in Uganda and in the neighboring country.
