Foot soldiers the chief grassroot political support mobilizers of the National Unity Platform (NUP) principal Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu (Bobi Wine) are furious after receiving information that their very own Zaharah Luyirika the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) speaker was among the few selected supporters of President Museveni who travelled to London as the country’s carrier made its maiden flight to King Charles III’s land.
Zaharah travelled with KCCA deputy Lord Mayor who is also Dr Kizza Besigye’s blue eyed girl Doreen Nyanjura and they enjoyed the comfort, drinks and free eats with Museveni’s big boys who included Gen Edward Katumba Wamala the works and transport minister, Kampala Central Division, Mayor Salim Uhuru who was always checking on them to see that they feel the services given to them for free from Museveni’s government who they claim they want to oust.
“We have been asking where is Zaharah, she never made any statement against the arrest and torture of our people including Eddie Mutwe yet she always claims to be his friend. Surprisingly, she was in London enjoying life with Museveni’s men,” one of the foot soldiers said.
Both babes enjoyed the comfort of the state of the art Airbus A330-800neo which took 9 hours in space before landing at Gatwick international airport. Upon touching United Kingdom land, they exchanged contacts with big people including Lisa Chesney the United Kingdom’s High Commissioner in Uganda.

“Now Nyanjura cannot complain that Lord Mayor Lukwago is only assigning her to represent him on dry trips. She has enjoyed the trip and it has helped us to cement the relationship between the political and technical wing at KCCA,” a staff at KCCA said.
He added that since Hajjat Sharifah Buzeki was appointed KCCA Executive Director, she is trying to close the gap and eliminate unnecessary fights between her and the political wing that’s why she was at the centre of organizing the recent birthday party for the Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago and staff in his office really enjoyed the boat cruise on lake victory waters as part of the celebrations.
It is not clear how the NUP leadership is going to handle Zahara who they allege decided to dine with their tormentor.
Zahara is fighting to secure NUP party ticket to contest as Makindye West legislator in the coming elections.
