The remanded suspect who appeared worried is facing charges regarding illegal fencing and construction on part of the Kibanja in Katanga Valley land near Wandegeya.  The Kibanja in question belongs to city pastor, Daniel Walugembe.

Three weeks ago, Kigozi presented four people among them his wife, Viola Caroline Nampebwa to stand for him as sureties citing ill health.

He was remanded pending a court decision to determine his fate.
