Top Secrets sat down for a chat about her marriage interest and her life with singer Sheebah Karungi.

Hi spice, how is the festive season treating you?

It is really taking me so well as you since it’s the season of the birth of Jesus.  I am glad to celebrate him as well but honestly, my focus is on January when I will be staging my concert at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.

As you look nice. Is there a man behind this glow?

I’m actually not seeing anyone at any point but rather I am taking of myself as you see. Anyone can look nice minus a lover it is not a must.

So, you don’t look forward to getting a lover?

There is so much to accomplish before I start thinking about marriage and love just like a couple of my fellows that have settled in for marriage in recent years.

I will definitely get married when the right time comes but not anytime now since my job is quite demanding so I don’t intend to inspire anyone through marriage.

What if your fans request you to do so?

My fans should be demanding music, not my love life.

Don’t you admire your fellow women in marriage more so those that fall in your age?

I actually don’t until I decide to take it my path but if I haven’t decided I don’t have a reason as to why I should admire that life.

What plans do you have for 2023?

I plan on getting bigger since 2022 has been quite a success for Source Management and I. I have received several endorsements from reputable brands and bookings from across the country.

How do you expect your concert to be?

I expect a massive response from my fans because they know what I am capable of so they should come to have the fun and goodness from Spice. I will give out my best to them to conquer them from that lockdown.

How do you feel after singing with Sheebah Karungi at her Serena concert?

I feel happy because we were able to let go of our long-term beef and it was nice sharing a stage with her when we sang their collaboration of “silwana” with Carol Nantongo so I acted as Carol on her night. I am so glad that we had to hug each other as women in the music industry and I appreciate whatever happened through the night.

Would you feel happy if you collaborated with Sheebah?

Of course, we are in the same industry and it would be my pleasure if I worked with Sheebah because I believe that song would be a hit.

So you overcame what was between you and Sheebah?

Yes, I did and I’m really glad that things also came to pass in my time. I thank God for that.

So, when should we expect your collaboration with Sheebah?

Very soon if all goes well and I pray God blesses all my work so that I please my fans because they have really supported me and they are the reason as to why I am where I am today.
