Maverick city lawyer Kassim Male Mabirizi faced off with flamboyant singer Patrick Mulwana commonly known as Alien Skin along Kampala streets.
The incident happened between parliament and national theatre.
As Mabirizi was walking towards parliament gates with his two assistants, Skin was also seated in front of his car while his mean looking security boys surrounded it.

“Alien Skin, why are you smoking marijuana in public, you will be imprisoned like Sipapa. You are laughing but let me warn you, the Mpuugas are lying to you, they will disappear when Museveni’s men start squeezing you,” a furious Mabirizi said.
In response, Skin laughed at Mabirizi, and boasted that that no one can touch him because of smoking marijuana because he has security, power and money.
“My brother Mabirizi, you cannot stop me from smoking inside my car, this car is very expensive my friend, it costs me over Shs800m, so just proceed to parliament and make laws for us,” Skin bragged.
Mabirizi reminded Skin that Sipapa was more powerful than him and moved with armed government security men and women who fired bullets at people they viewed as Museveni’s political opponents but things turn in minutes and he was arrested and imprisoned with his wife.
He cautioned Skin that he will be imprisoned with his security who are misleading him.
